The Bone Closing Ceremony is a global practice that supports the healing process of individuals after childbirth. It aims to close cycles, energetic fields, and restore warmth to the body. Similar ceremonies are still prevalent in various African, Asian, Caribbean and Latin American countries.

Our Bone Closing ceremony combines body binding with a womb meditation, rebozo “sifting”, a relaxing foot bath, and a chance to offload any negative feelings around the pregnancy, birth or parenthood using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or “tapping”.

Take Note

The ceremony should take place in a comfortable setting such as your home or a friend's home.

The best food is when it's warm nourishing and made from the heart. We encourage asking your favorite person to cook, or ask guests to bring a dish or even order from your favorite restaurant.

Choose carefully only individuals who will uplift, encourage and strengthen you as this is a special time for you.
