Our virtual doula services are tailored to meet the specific needs of expecting individuals and their partners, offering a range of support options such as:

Birth Plan Assistance: 

Tailoring a birth plan to reflect personal preferences and needs, ensuring expectant parents feel prepared and their wishes are communicated.

Effective Communication:

Coaching on how to engage in meaningful dialogue with healthcare providers to advocate for the desired birth experience.

Relaxation and Coping Techniques:

Providing guidance on methods to manage discomfort and stress during labor, enhancing the birthing experience.

Unlimited Virtual Communication: 

Ensuring constant support via phone, text, or email from the moment the service agreement begins.

Continuous Virtual Support During Labor:

Being present virtually to offer comfort, encouragement, and advice throughout the labor process.

Prenatal and Postpartum Visits:

Conducting virtual check-ins to discuss health, emotional well-being, and any postpartum issues.

Lactation Support:

Providing resources and guidance on breastfeeding, including troubleshooting and connecting with lactation experts if needed.

INVESTMENT: $50 per hour per call or video chat  (minimum 1hr shift)
